Service terms for Trip Faro travel planning and agency support.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Trip Faro websites, forms, communications, and travel-planning services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Scope and acceptance

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, and customers.
  • If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  • You represent that you are legally able to enter a binding agreement.

2) Service description

Trip Faro provides travel planning and travel agency support services, including:

  • Trip discovery and itinerary planning
  • Matching with travel agents and local operators
  • Booking support and coordination
  • Communication and change-support assistance

Trip Faro is an intermediary and planner. Travel products are provided by third-party suppliers.

3) Pricing, fees, and compensation

  • For trips we handle directly, Trip Faro charges a 20% planning fee unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Supplier commissions and/or discounts may be passed through to the client to offset Trip Faro fees.
  • We may earn intro fees when referring you to specialized trusted operators. If applicable, this is disclosed.
  • Paid placements/advertisements are disclosed as sponsored content.

4) Quotes, bookings, and third-party terms

  • Quotes and availability can change until booking is confirmed.
  • Flights, hotels, transfers, tours, insurance, and related services are provided by third-party suppliers.
  • Each supplier has its own terms, cancellation rules, change policies, baggage rules, and refund terms.
  • You are responsible for reviewing supplier terms before confirming bookings.

5) Payments, refunds, and chargebacks

  • You agree to pay all disclosed fees and charges for selected services.
  • Refunds for supplier services are subject to supplier policies.
  • Trip Faro fees, if refundable, are limited to what is required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of service and recovery actions.

6) Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate traveler information
  • Confirming names, dates, destinations, visa/passport requirements, and traveler eligibility
  • Purchasing optional protections (for example, travel insurance) when needed
  • Following all carrier/supplier rules and local laws

7) Disruptions and force majeure

Trip Faro is not liable for delays, cancellations, closures, weather events, strikes, political events, public health events, supplier insolvency, or other events outside Trip Faro control.

8) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Impersonate others or submit false information
  • Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization
  • Interfere with site security or service availability

9) Intellectual property

  • Site content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Trip Faro or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or exploit protected content without written permission, except as allowed by law.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Faro disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Trip Faro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Trip Faro is not responsible for missed flights, hotels, schedule failures, supplier no-shows, or other third-party performance.
  • Trip Faro total liability is capped at the amount paid to Trip Faro for its service fee for the affected booking/work.

Example: if Trip Faro received a $100 fee, the maximum refund/credit from Trip Faro is $100.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trip Faro harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law/third-party rights.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy: /privacy.

14) Modifications to service or terms

  • Trip Faro may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Updated Terms are effective when posted unless stated otherwise.
  • Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Trip Faro is organized, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
